Seward's SeaLife Center

Since I will be working the next 9 days covering Iditarod, the station gave me the day off to rest before the trip. And since the boys are on Spring Break from school, we decided to spend the day in Seward. This past summer, Bobby so badly wanted to visit the SeaLife Center, but we never had time to go. Today, we made a stop in and had a blast!!

The most amazing part of the day, in my opinion, was watching the seals. They’re incredibly smart animals and seem to be very affectionate. We were able to watch trainers interact with them... such a treat!
