I was at Cherie's house this evening for our last-ever shoot of "Heart of the Home" - a weekly cooking segment that has been on the air since January 2006. She surprised me with a cake -- complete with the peacock logo for NBC and all (even though they misspelled the station letters... it's supposed to be KTUU) -- along with balloons and presents. Awww! SO SWEET!! We laughed, we cried, we had a wonderful time. I am so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life... especially women who are very strong, determined, successful and caring -- what inspirations!
