For a Good Cause

A few months ago, I volunteered to help out with the annual Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon Labor Day weekend... just to be an extra hand behind the scenes... but that was before the Palin announcement. Our 6pm anchor (who also reports) Jason Moore, headed to the Republican National Convention leaving us short for on-air talent, so yours truly was asked to fill-in. It was such a blast!!! We raised more than $350 thousand dollars for MDA.
