New Traditions

Knowing that I’ll be working holidays for the next several years, and likely unable to make it back to Georgia, I figured this would be the year to start my own traditions… or just figure out a way of celebrating this time of year.

I always have a hard time getting into the “Christmas spirit.” So, what better way to get into that than to buy a tree and decorate it? Matt and I went to Wal-Mart, bought a noble fir, and set it up in the living room at my house.




It’s modestly decorated and turned out to be beautiful. There's just something about having a Christmas tree... makes me feel like a kid again. And I love that feeling.
