Man's Best Friend

We decided to take an evening hike after I got off work and Bob decided to bring Winston along. I've never seen a dog become so excited about being outside and roaming around. Bob had a hard time handling Winston on his leash because he just wanted to run all over the place. He literally dragged Bob up the trail, which was funny to watch.



There's a part of me that is so very sad to see that all the leaves have already fallen. Summer and Fall in Alaska just seem to fly by way too fast. SIGH!


It's hard to tell which one is more exhausted!

This waterfall is at the base of the trail we hiked, and it's maybe 50 feet from the Seward Highway. Pretty cool, huh?
